Simply click a button to manage your auto insurance policy. To simplify your auto insurance experience, Infinity Insurance offers a mobile app for iOS and Android smartphones. Here is a step-by-step guide to using the Infinity App if you are a new customer or need assistance:

Infinity App: First steps

Search for “infinite-apps.com” in the iTunes Store (for iOS) or Google Play Store (for Android) to download the app.

Download the application by selecting the icon with the Infinity Insurance logo. Your smartphone will display the icon once the app has been downloaded.

You will be prompted to a new screen after clicking on the app. Log in if you already have an account or create a new one if you do not have one. If you don’t want to enter your account information every time you open the Infinity App, select the options “Remember Me” and “Keep Me Logged In.”.

Infinity App takes you to the main dashboard after you log in. With the touch of a button, you can easily manage your auto insurance policy. On the homepage, you can view your policy number, start and expiration dates of your policy, and whether it’s currently active or inactive.

Through the menu on the homepage, you can also access the app’s different sections.

The navigation menu can be accessed by selecting the three dashes in the upper left corner. Among the menu options are: Make a Payment, Payment History, View My Policy, Manage My Claims, Insurance ID Card, Edit My Profile, Roadside Assistance, Document Photo Upload.

You can continue your Infinity App experience by selecting any of the options in the menu. In the mobile application, you can make a payment or check your previous claims easily.
