Blue Rock was founded in 2015 when Nancy, Ruben, and Chris met in a small Sarasota conference room they rented by the hour. They all had experience both in the business world and in recruiting. Ruben managed HR teams in large corporate environments for globally recognized brands for many years. Almost a decade earlier, Chris had enjoyed a successful career as a chef before switching to executive recruiting. In addition to owning several business services companies, Nancy was also an expert in franchising.
Their combined experience covered a range of corporate operational standards, efficiencies, shaping corporate culture, and entrepreneurship. More importantly, they shared a vision of creating a trusted partner for clients through executive search.
